Context of Challenge
We are looking for a technology solution to digitise our customer feedback process in order to dynamically create feedback types, efficiently distribute feedback forms and intelligently collate customer responses. The solution should also be capable of establishing and analysing important trends in customers’ feedback and also provide management intelligence tools to flag out actionable insights for the business.
