Background

All new financial planners (FP) of Income undergo a training programme that is administered by their respective supervisors. To acknowledge the completion of each stage of training, both the FP and supervisor currently sign off on hard copy forms, which are then filed for audit. The current process poses the challenge of retrieving the forms manually and also takes up a significant amount of storage space.

Context of Challenge

We see the opportunity to reduce physical copies and effectively digitise these forms using an automated workflow. The solution should allow easy to search directories and would comply with the relevant guidelines set out by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
